The new República del Cacao Chocolate Boutique is located in the heart of the Historical City Center of the Ecuadorian capital, Quito. We are proud to present this very dear to our hearts place, which it is the result of a long but great team work with all our communities.
More precisely, this Chocolate Boutique is the first República del Cacao place that integrates all the concepts of the brand in a single space. You will find República del Cacao classics, like our collection of Single Origin chocolate bars and our collection of bars with Latin American natural ingredients, to be enjoyed alone or to be gifted to your special ones. There is also the Entrepreneur's Corner, a project that supports local Ecuadorian entrepreneurs who produce chocolate or cacao products. Finally, you will find our Cacao Workshop executed by our chef Santiago Cueva, which offers unique chocolate bonbons and very high quality baked goods. All these products are locally made in the new República del Cacao Laboratory, located right next to the Boutique. Finally the clients can visit the Cacao Museum, and learn about everything about the history of cacao in Ecuador, and the way República del Cacao processes it. All these concepts aim at protecting the fine cacao, guaranteeing its sustainability over time and raising people's awareness to the importance of fine cacao for Ecuador and the world.
