República del Cacao and La Rose Noire celebrate their new partnership

We are happy to announce the partnership between República del Cacao and La Rose Noire, one of the world’s leading producers of fine bakery and pastry products. Since October 13^th, La Rose Noire will distribute our products in Hong Kong and Macau.

To officially celebrate this partnership, República del Cacao, Valrhona and La Rose Noire hosted an exclusive launch event at Epure, a one Michelin-star French restaurant in Hong Kong. More than 100 chefs were invited to celebrate this important and special moment and to discover the exclusive recipes created by both Valrhona and República del Cacao’s pastry chefs.

Chef Santiago Cueva surprised the attendants with 3 unique creations, that transported our guest through the depths of Ecuadorian cacao plantations.

Besides the desserts, a traditional Lion Dance show surprised and amazed our guests during the evening. In Chinese culture, this dance symbolizes prosperity and good luck. What a meaningful way to wish longevity and prosperity to our new partnership with La Rose Noire!
