Locally Harvested

We work closely with local farmers who have grown their own cocoa for generations, or with local associations who collect from them and monitor the level of quality of each batch.

Latin American Fine Cocoa

All our recipes are made with Fine flavor beans such as the "Nacional" Fine Aroma Cocoa or Criollos and Trinitarios.

Unique Recipes and Blends

We rely on a few experienced and inspired palates who handle the fine art of blending and create the optimal cocoa combinations for our exceptional chocolates.

Locally Produced

Our small chocolate factory is located in Quito, this is where our team of local Ecuadorian artisans craft our unique chocolates. We train our artisans in advanced European chocolate techniques and prepare tomorrow's Ecuadorian "chocolatiers".

A More Sustainable Chocolate

Our suppliers are all quite close to our factory, and we enjoy direct access to them. Our cocoa does not have to travel around the world to get processed therefore we reduce our carbon footprint. We only use local natural ingredients: pure Ecuadorian cane sugar, milk from the Andes. All our chocolates are certified non-GMO.

Great Quality and Performance to Price Ratio

Our products are dedicated to you: all talented professionals who demand the best ingredient at the best price to express their creativity with authentic, pure chocolate.
