We are the Official Chocolate at Vallarta Nayarit Gastronómica

This October 15, 16 and 17, the west of Mexico fills with flavors on the event Vallarta Nayarit Gastronómica, on its 10th anniversary celebrated this year with national and international chefs.

“This event is aimed for the public, but particularly for students; Gastronomy and Tourism Schools. it will be an opportunity for the new generations to be prepared and learn from this masters who posees a great career path in Hospitality and Gastronomy", states for Publimetro Richad Zarkin, PR Manager of the Visitor's and Conventions Office of the Riviera Nyarit.

One of República del Cacao's main objectives is to uplift the global gastronomy, producing the highest quality latin american chocolate to be used by professionals around the world.
