The province of Los Ríos The province of Los Ríos is located in the Ecuadorian coastal area, though it does not have an ocean outlet. Its outstanding fertile soil greatly contributes to a significant agricultural production. The wide hydrographic basin that crosses its fields gives its name to this province. Its dry and fresh summer weather differs from that of the normally rainy and humid winter season.

The province of Manabí Manabí has nearly 350 kilometers of beaches along the Pacific Ocean shore. Manta, the most important fishing port in the country is located in this province. Its extremely fertile land has turned this province into an agricultural potential for tropical weather products growing, such as coffee, banana, corn, rice, cotton and of course cacao. Besides, coconut, pineapple and orange are also cultivated in the zone.
