Domingo Fernández has been in the cacao growing business for generations. He learned from his parents and grandparents every unimaginable secret about its care; but most of all about the love for the land that has been his family support ever since he can recall. After inheriting 30 hectares of land, today Domingo is even more certain about the dedication and protection efforts he can devote to this legacy for the production of fine aroma cacao. Now, Domingo Fernández has become an enthusiastic communitarian leader, actively participating in República del Cacao training and mentoring programs, confident that this is the right path to improve his harvest practices in order to get a top quality product.
